About

Built beside the profession.

A letter from the founders.

Why we started

“In practice I spent a large part of every day checking files, chasing documents and copying deadlines between systems. I watched colleagues carry every duty alone, with no one behind them. The checking can be written down as rules, and once it is written down a machine can run it and show its working. That gives a lawyer their time back, and their certainty.”

Mateusz Majcher, qualified solicitor (England and Wales), co-founder

In practice

You're a solicitor. You've just finished a … phone call with a client — a complicated probate matter, emotional, high-stakes. You were brilliant on that call. …

Now the call's over. And the real work begins. You open your case management system. Click. Click. Click. … You start typing up what was said — from memory. Then you copy the client's details into a follow-up email. Then the letter of advice. Then the task list. Then the time log. Then the file status.

That was my life. For years. I'd sit there watching colleagues — brilliant legal minds — hunched over keyboards, manually copying information between … software platforms that were never designed to talk to each other. …
